Michael holds a Masters Degree in Human Development from St. Mary's University, Winona, MN, and a Practical Theology doctorate in Spirituality and Healing from The Union Institute and University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Ketterhagen served as an Associate Professor of Theology at Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin for 29 years before his retirement in 2016. Michael used his dream for the Fond du Lac Center for Spirituality and Healing, which opened on September 5, 2000, as the basis of his doctoral thesis. Michael is one of the Center's Certified Yoga Instructors, having received his training through the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. Michael's lifelong committment to his own spiritual growth and healing, his extensive knowledge on holistic living, and his desire to serve allow him to direct The Center in ways that serve you and the community.
Marji came to The Center in 2001, first as a student of yoga and then also as a volunteer. Over the years Marji’s involvement in The Center has grown to include yoga instructor and Board Member. Marji brings over twenty years of finance and organizational management experience to The Center and uses those skills to help out in the areas of retail operation, membership coordination and bookkeeping. Marji has a Business Administration degree from Marian University, is a graduate of the Leadership Fond du Lac program, and has additional board experience with local non-profits. In September of 2013, Marji became a 200-hr certified yoga instructor through the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. Marji is passionate about the yoga lifestyle and holistic wellness. She believes in The Center’s mission and believes that it plays an important role in the Fond du Lac community. She is grateful for the opportunity to participate in a meaningful way towards achieving that mission.
