Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are structured sessions where our students engage in the physical, mental, and sometimes spiritual practices of yoga under the guidance of an instructor.
A typical yoga class may include:
-
Physical postures (asanas) – movements and poses designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
-
Breathing techniques (pranayama) – controlled breathing exercises to enhance focus, relaxation, and energy flow.
-
Meditation or mindfulness – practices to calm the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate awareness.
-
Relaxation – often ending with a resting pose (like Savasana) to integrate the benefits of the session.
The aim of our yoga classes:
We teach traditional yoga, the focus is on uniting body, mind, and spirit for self-awareness and inner peace.
