Beginner's Yoga: An 8-week series

Over 36 million Americans practice yoga regularly because it reduces stress, supports the body’s natural healing capabilities and even motivates changes that can lead to new habits which have a lifelong impact.
This series will be a thorough and comprehensive introduction for newbies, beginners, and anyone who would like a refresher on the positive and transformative consequences of practicing yoga.


You will learn:

  • How to breathe properly to support the rebalancing of the nervous system.

  • How relaxation practices can give you a quick and complete way to release tension and stress.

  • How to safely increase range of movement across all of your joints.

  • How to combine postures in sequences to maximize their benefits.

  • Modifications of specific postures that will address your particular concerns and needs.

Pain, stiffness even injury may happen to us all.  However, with yoga and understanding its basics you can minimize physical discomforts and even prevent some future concerns.
