1. Don't eliminate everything you like to eat.2. Stick to a meal plan or way of life or what every way you want to eat. If you go with Atkins, or you drop carbs, you follow calories, or you watch what you eat during the week only---follow it for the rest of your life. Changing it all the time will make your body never lose weight in the future.
3. Exercise, don't exercise. 30 minutes of walking 5 times per week is the best thing you can do. If you do more great and if you do less, well, that is up to you.
4. Whatever you want, maintain, gain, lose---do it because you want to, you can commit to and not because others look great or others are telling you to.
Believe in you. You are worthy. That is what makes it easy.
