Monday, Dec. 1, The Center and Marian Counseling Center are collaborating to serve the Marian Community with a Finals Survival Toolkit of Healthy Energy Boost Snacks and Sound Meditation with Karen Pujals of Sound Freqs to help ease the stress and anxiety of the end of the semester!

RECIPES
Bliss Balls
1 C Rolled Oats - pulse up
1/3 C Chia Seeds
1/2 C Shredded Coconut
1/2 C Mini chocolate chips
1/2 C Natural smooth peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 C Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 C almond flour
Makes 22
Mix all ingredients together. Knead for a minute or two to bind. Form into 2-tablespoon sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Super yummy little morsels that are packed with antioxidants, protein, fiber, calcium, omega 3's, magnesium, zinc, 3 different types of b vitamins, an array of other vitamins and minerals... Bringing joy to the taste buds and the body! Enjoy!
Salted Caramel
Bliss Balls
1c dates Medjool
or soaked 3 min regular dates
1c blanched 3 min cashews
1/4 c coconut
1/4 t sea salt
1/4 t cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla
Pulse of n food processor until roughly ground and comes together in a ball when you test. Roll into a smooth ball and roll in coconut. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze.
Makes 18 2t size balls
