About Mary Rose: I have been involved in body, mind and spirit modalities since 1992 when I moved to the Mississippi Delta. From 1997 to 2015, I participated in Capacitar training in Nicaragua, Indianola, MS, Tucson, AZ, and El Paso, TX. The trainers included Pat Cane, Mary Litell, Lynn Kapitan, and Anabel Torres. I would also mention the people who worked with Cantera (Nicaragua). The training in Reiki was done with Madeline Gianforte, CSA. I have become a Reiki Master in completing Levels 1, 2, 3. I have journeyed with the people of Mexico, Arizona, Mississippi and Colorado using Reiki both at distance and in person. I have included other processes such as Emotional Freedom Tapping, T'ai Chi Chih and other movements developed by Pat Cane. I have used Art in various forms to bring myself and others to their own body, mind and spirit reality.
