During this animated retreat, we’ll dive into how conflict physically manifests within us and explore our natural fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses. Through guided reflection and shared experiences, you'll gain insight into your own emotional and behavioral tendencies when faced with conflict. Together, we’ll experiment with innovative approaches to release the stress conflict leaves behind, empowering us to break free from its hold and find new pathways to peace and resilience.
