We'll do a deep dive into breathing, relaxation and meditation practices that will be sure to be a part of any day you need to create "goundedness." We'll include plenty of restorative poses, seated practices, pranayama techniques, relaxation and meditation. Get ready to relax and learn how to take your restorative needs to the next level!
