Service Description

Join Luke for a full practice of centering, opening and movement right into the power of some solar power building practices! Reawaken, recharge and invigorate your life and your practice through some powerful asana, sun salutations and a deep dive into the dynamics of agni sara and its auxiliary practices. We'll finish the practice with some essential therapeutic pranayama practices, a deep relaxation practice and a full guided sequence through the peace and calm inducing series leading to Vishoka Meditation.
