Service Description

Angie will lead you through the foundations of a Vinyasa Flow practice. Week one will start slow with the basics. As the weeks progress you will add a bit more on to your practice. The last week you will realize your full flow potential. All levels and abilities welcome. Book the full series at a discounted rate of $49 or drop in for a single session for $15. Yearly Unlimited Members can register at a discounted rate of $25 for the series. Registration at least 24 hours before the class is required.
