The Center offers regularly scheduled classes in Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, and Feldenkrais. In addition, we offer special classes and events each month which bring additional focus to either the physical, emotional, or spiritual growth of the individual. All classes, lectures and events at the Center are presented as ways to 'Discover Joyful Living'!

We are now offering an UNLIMITED monthly yoga card for $49 for any yoga class during that period. This allows you to
participate in different classes at your convenience and according to your schedule.
