Recently the Center purchased a Kangen water filtering and ionizing system. Kangen Water is the delicious, healthy water created from Enagic's innovative water technology. Not only do these devices filter harmful chemicals out of tap water, but also they produce both alkaline and acidic waters through the process of ionization.
The alkaline waters are desirable for maintaining health and balance to all the tissues of the body. Soft drinks, drugs and alcohol, processed foods and food additives create an acidic environment in our bodies. This acidic environment has been linked to many disease conditions including cancer, diabetes, and auto-immune disorders.
The acidic waters are by-products of the ionization process that creates the healthy alkaline waters. These by-products can be used for cleansing solutions.
